“Personal training has been a big part of my life for over 10 years. I have trained clients through my two pregnancies and totally understand how health and fitness benefits all. If you want guidance, motivation and support to help you achieve your goals, Personal Training is the most effective and safest way to do this. I will help you stay focused and understand what you want to achieve.”


Sports specific, functional and fitness training

  • From the age of seven, I trained in the discipline of Mugendo, a modern style of Karate and attained a black belt 1st Dan. This improved my confidence and led to me teaching classes.  
  • Throughout childhood and in to my twenties, football was a passion, playing for clubs such as Millwall Lioness and Crystal Palace.  Today I keep myself fit by attending Power Plate classes and using the gym.
