Scott Gray

” Being involved in sports and fitness from an early age I have built a great understanding of different fitness methods and skills to help members achieve their goals. I am the main youth fitness trainer at The Lensbury and have the skills to relate to children as well as adults due to my rugby and coaching background.  Workouts should not be a chore to anyone, there’s a vast variety to choose from and this helps retain self confidence and motivation. ”

 

Sports specific, children’s gym training, coaching and fitness training

  • Played semi professional level rugby union and coached rugby for Harlequins Youth Academy.  These experiences have given me exceptional motivational skills.
  • Sailed at county level for The National Sailing School Association and played football as a goalkeeper giving me sports specific knowledge.
  • I regularly use the gym and swimming pool to maintain my fitness and improve my knowledge of what works.
