Sports specific, functional and fitness training

  • My lifelong passion for football has taken me to a semi professional level. This has lead to an interest in fitness training and sports specific conditioning which I share with my clients.
  • I developed my knowledge through my own regular training trying various new strength and functional techniques, which I then incorporate into members programmes to help them get results.

  • Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor Level 3
  • Kettlebell  Trainer
  • Powerplate Trainer 
  • Circuit Training Level 2
  • Health Related Exercise for Children Level 2
