We have two spacious studios with wooden sprung floors, one is maintained at a higher temperature for predominantly holistic classes (yoga, Pilates), while the other is cooler for higher energy classes. There is something for everyone with our huge programme of over 100 classes, all taught by experienced, qualified professionals. We review our programme every three months to ensure we are encouraging as many people to participate as possible.

We have a great inclusive group exercise programme for our members with over 100 free weekly classes. We have great instructors and we review our programme at least 3 times a year to maximise participation. Please remember that the class instructors are responsible for organising their own cover too, and we will follow up on the designated class instructor if it transpires there was an instructor no show for a class.
